Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is not yet in stock but will be produced or restocked for you. Full payment is required at checkout.

All pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled, as production and allocation begin immediately after the order is placed.

Once the item is ready, your order will be fulfilled and shipped according to the estimated timeline provided on the product page. In the rare event of a production issue or significant delay, we will contact you directly with next steps.
