What are available payment methods?

You may pay directly with your usual credit/debit card through Shopify/PayPal without setting up an account.

You may also use Apple Pay.

Amex, Visa, UnionPay, and Mastercard are all cards Shopify/PayPal accepts.

Which are available shipping destinations/options?

We ship worldwide to major countries, including (but not limited to) United Kingdom (10 day shipping), Hong Kong (1-2 day shipping), United States, Australia, Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Macao, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Philippines.

We ship out from Hong Kong; durations will vary.

If your destination country is not on the aforementioned list, attempt filling out your shipping information at checkout first. If no error appears, we can ship to you.

If there is no shipping option for your location, feel free to contact us immediately and we can help you out.

What exchange and return services are offered?

If you believe the product is faulty upon opening, contact us or DM us on Instagram within 2 weeks of your purchase we will get in touch with you personally to issue a full refund and return. Products must be returned in their original condition.

We offer immediate refunds because we prioritise quality—hoping that you will never need one.

Products can be exchanged for free upon request, though we can not provide shipping costs.
