Size Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact

For non-faulty items:

  • Customers arrange and cover return shipping
  • Once the return is received, we will ship your replacement at no additional charge

Exchanges are limited to one per order.
If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

 

Returns (Non-Faulty Items)

If the item isn’t right, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Returned in original condition with all tags and packaging

For non-faulty returns:

  • Customers arrange and cover return shipping
  • Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected, typically within 7-14 business days.
  • Items that do not meet the above conditions may be declined and returned to the sender.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

 

Defective Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we offer a full refund or replacement, and return shipping will be covered by us.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of your order being marked as Delivered (based on tracking)
  • Provide clear photos and a brief description of the issue

Once confirmed, we will provide return or resolution instructions.

What Is Considered a Defect

A defect refers to a manufacturing fault that affects wear or function, such as:

  • Structural damage or faulty construction
  • Major flaws that prevent normal use

What Is Not Considered a Defect

The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund:

  • Size or fit issues
  • Personal preference
  • Color differences due to screen settings or lighting
  • Minor variations in fabric, fabric weight (GSM), stitching, or finishing that fall within normal manufacturing tolerances.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or intentionally modified
